Returns Policy

1. MODERNTECH Cambodia is pleased to accept returns within 5 days from the date the item is received, subject to the product conditions and conditions set by the company.

2. In case that the item needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer or brand, the conditions and return period will be according to the policy determined by the manufacturer or brand.
– Electronic and gadget products, including memory cards or any used electronic and gadget products
– Products distributed and delivered by the manufacturer or brand with a warranty service. The warranty conditions and operations will be according to the manufacturer or brand and are specified on the website, product, and warranty card.

3. In case that you return some products in a purchase order that has a discount, you may not get that discount or may have to pay additional costs. This depends on the discount terms and conditions.
